A army major helps us to escape
Escaping thru small mountain roads
Followed by 65 km unpaved road
Luckily only one small crash
After 15(!) hours driving: Multan
Big city with 2.6 miljon people

  1. This was great.  I am planing a trip from Porto, Portugal to Goa, India next year.  The only issue is crossing Pakistan vs. going to Moscow, Kazakhstan,Kyrgyzstan, China, Nepal, India.  Thanks.

With 2 friends of mine we took this same road from switzerland to india in 1996…we travelled with 3 Bmw 80gs, the 84 – 86- and 90 model… we unfortunately didn't take any shots so its great to see yours and nothing hasn't really changed, even if this was before 9.11!Greetings!

  3. I put my world travels on hold since I got married, thought it would be a good IDea to have a base, cept she got knocked up, have to be like my friends used to be, who lived vicariously thru me, now I live thru you :D

  4. Wonderful video… My favorite things in the world BMW 1200 gs bikes wonderful led zep music background and above all the wonderful diverse land of Pakistan a land that I have visited and travelled around a lot to… Truly great adventure

  5. Wow I never watched this video until I type pakistan travel. Hmmm at least people of Pakistan are very friendly just like India and other Asian countries it our government who want us to fight May God bless Pakistan India, America. 🙂

  6. I have done this trip on my own October 2012 . Eindhoven – Kuala Lumpur . I recognize a lot in this movie , sandy roads , police escorts etc. For me it was just great !!! Nice to look at this footage , thanks .
